This Graphic Design Services Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is entered into between [Your Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Designer”) and [Client’s Name] (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) as of [Date].
The Designer agrees to provide the following graphic design services:
– Design of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics.

– Branding and identity design, including logo design, business card design, letterhead design, and brand style guidelines.
– Packaging design (limited to graphics and layout, not structural design).

The Designer will deliver the following items to the Client:
– Final design files in the agreed-upon formats for each specific project.
– Any additional deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The project is expected to commence within 2 Weeks. The Designer will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline, subject to any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the Client. The Designer will communicate promptly with the Client in the event of any delays or changes to the timeline.
The Client agrees to compensate the Designer for the services rendered as follows:

4.2. Payment Schedule: The Client shall make a 50% upfront payment of the total project fee before the project commences. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and delivery of the final design files.
