Terms and Conditions
- Definitions – “Affiliate” means an individual or business participating in the affiliate program. “Client” means a new customer referred by the Affiliate. “Commission” means the payment earned by the Affiliate for each Client.
- Eligibility – The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old. The Affiliate must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Affiliate Obligations – Promote our services in a professional and ethical manner. Comply with our brand guidelines and marketing materials. Disclose the affiliation with our agency to potential Clients.
- Commission Structure – Earn 10% commission on Client contracts. Commissions paid out monthly. Minimum payout threshold: $100.
- Cookie Duration – 30 days.
- Eligible Services – All marketing services, including Website Design, Logo Design, and Social Media Marketing and Management.
- Prohibited Activities – Self-referrals. Spamming or unsolicited marketing. Misrepresenting our services or brand.
- Termination- Either party can terminate this agreement with 30 days’ notice. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid.
- Confidentiality – The Affiliate must keep confidential all information related to our agency and Clients.
- Governing Law – This agreement is governed by Denver, Colorado law.
Anti-Spam and Fraud Prevention
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam and fraud.
- Affiliates must comply with all anti-spam laws and regulations.
- We reserve the right to terminate any Affiliate account suspected of spam or fraudulent activity.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
