4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable.
- If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Refunds, if any, are determined on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
- Respond to communications and requests for feedback promptly.
- Ensure that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party copyrights or violate any laws.
6. Intellectual Property
- Lift-Off Design Studio retains ownership of all original materials, designs, and code until full payment is received.
- Upon final payment, clients receive rights to the completed work as outlined in the project agreement.
- Any unauthorized use of Lift-Off Design Studio’s intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Lift-Off Design Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- We do not guarantee specific results, business growth, or outcomes from our services.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project. This includes business information, strategies, and private communications.
9. Termination
Lift-Off Design Studio reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met.
- The client fails to provide required materials or approvals.
- There is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under Colorado law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
